We use plastisol inks for all of our screen printing orders. We are able to order dye sublimated garments as well upon request.

We are not accepting outside garments at this time. We have had customer supplied garments cause complications in our production process. We supply the garments to ensure they can be produced correctly.
At Boundary Waters, we aim to complete all orders within 3 weeks of final quantities. This can vary depending on the load of orders in queue and the amount of art time needed.
We will print 1 shirt, but we usually suggest ordering 12 total items to get a print price break.
We are not charging set up fees at this time. We enjoy what we do, and want to make the order process simple for you. Art fees are only charged on fine detail projects like vehicles, family photos, etc.
There can be some minor fees along the order process. There is a digitizing fee for new embroidery orders, credit card processing fees, and intermittent shipping fees.
Absolutely! We require 300 dpi file types. Mike will be able to provide further instructions on this as needed.
We have many samples available in our showroom. If you prefer a different style, we ask the customer to pay for the sample due to the shipping/product fees charged by our vendors.
We will provide shipping opportunities through FedEx. The charges will be passed along to the customer on their work order total.
The price can vary greatly on a number of things. It will depend on the number of print colors, the total print locations, and the total quantity of items being ordered.
We currently offer screen printing, embroidery, banners, stickers, leather patches, laser engraved items, custom artwork, vinyl names and numbers as well as business cards.
